R+Guardians Terms of Service

Welcome to R+Guardians, a premier service offered by R+Dogs. By subscribing, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Membership & Services
1.1 Subscription Levels
R+Guardians Circle: $25/month. Includes access to webinars, courses, live events, and community resources.
R+Guardians Elite (closed for new enrolments) : $195/month. Includes personal behavior coaching from Renee Rhoades, behavior tracker, task sheets, and continual expert advice.
Both subscription tiers provide access to services as described on our website.
1.2 Service Scope
Your subscription level grants access to services and resources offered at the level chosen upon sign-up.
2. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are charged monthly, with payment cycles available on a monthly, bi-annual, or annual basis.
R+Guardians Elite includes the initial assessment as part of the subscription, with no additional assessment fee.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 R+Guardians Circle Members
You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time via the Circle platform.
Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
3.2 R+Guardians Elite Members
Elite members must contact the administrative team to cancel or downgrade their subscription.
Cancellations or downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
3.3 Assistance with Cancellation
If you have issues cancelling your subscription, please contact us via email or notify your R+Guardians consultant for help.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Policy
No partial refunds are offered for unused portions of your subscription.
4.2 Service Interruptions
If services are unavailable for more than seven (7) business days due to an issue on our side, you are eligible for a partial refund based on the duration of the service interruption.
4.3 Refund Requests
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, though your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
5. Language of Consultation
All consultations, meetings, and support services are conducted in English. Multilingual services may be offered in the future, but we do not currently guarantee them.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, materials, graphics, videos, and other resources provided by R+Dogs remain the sole property of R+Dogs.
Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited without express written consent.
7. Data & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and have measures in place to protect your data. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
R+Dogs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email or platform notifications. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to offer scientifically grounded and accurate advice, every situation is unique, and we cannot guarantee specific results.
R+Dogs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Force Majeure
R+Dogs is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, strikes, labour disputes, or technical failures.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as possible, but delays caused by these events are not subject to refunds or damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and R+Dogs.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the courts of England and Wales.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and R+Dogs regarding your use of the services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
